Create Your Own Pizza Contest Official Rules

ABOUT SANTINO’S. Santino’s is known for its many specialty pizzas such as Mama’s Pride and the Mighty Meathead. Through this Santino’s Create Your Own Pizza Contest, customers are challenged with pizza creativity.

Santino’s bakes bread fresh daily to make sure your pizza is the best it can be. Share your creativity with Santino’s and come up with family friendly pizza combinations.

TIMEFRAME.
Launch on Thursday, January 27.
Contest entries open through February 25.
Original pizza finalists announced the week of February 28.
Winner of the pizza contest announced the week of March 14.
During the weeks of March 21- 31 a photo of the winner with the winning pizza will be taken and posted on Facebook to be showcased.

ELIGIBILITY. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. This contest is free to enter and open to any United States resident, except employees of Santino’s Restaurants, and members of their immediate families living in the same household. There will be one contest winner. Contest must be entered online. Offer void where prohibited by law. There will be no prize substitutions

HOW TO ENTER. Visit Facebook.com/SantinosPizza and click on the Pizza Contest Tab. Click the Enter Your Recipe button and send an email with your custom pizza recipe. Please post on the Santino’s Facebook wall for participation encouragement.

All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. Central Standard time, on February 25, 2011.

By completing the application, entrants agree to receive e-mails and/or other materials from Santino’s Pizza and regarding this contest. Neither the contest organizer nor any of the contest sponsors shall be responsible for any lost, mislaid, or misdirected entries.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to Santino’s pizza and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for promotion of Santino’s Pizza.

PRIZE ACCEPTANCE. The Create Your Own Pizza Contest winner will be notified via email the week of March 14, 2011. Winners agree to allow use of their name and photo for publicity without further compensation. Winners must agree that all photos taken can be used by Santino’s to promote future pizza contests and marketing at its sole discretion. Contest organizers and sponsors are not responsible for any damages incurred by a contestant as a result of winning or participating.
Winner must be available for a photo the weeks of March 21- 31. A photo of the winner with the winning pizza will be taken and posted on Facebook to be showcased. Winner must sign a photo release form.

TERMINATION. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify a contestant for any violations of these rules, or for any tampering or attempt to tamper with the results, processes or participants of the contest. Sponsor may cancel, terminate, or suspend this contest should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, including the use of involuntary voting mechanisms or other causes beyond the control of sponsor(s) corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the contest. In such event, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select the winner by random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation, termination or suspension.

FLORIDA LAWS. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any contestant and Sponsor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of Florida, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Florida. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the valid or enforceable provision was not contained therein.

The decisions of the contest organizers are final on all matters of fact, interpretation, eligibility, procedure and fulfillment.

By entering this contest, you acknowledge that you have read and that you accept these rules and agree to be bound by them.
